Official Rules — MattO Band Challenge

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

This promotion is organized by Arabida GmbH, Zug, Switzerland (the “Sponsor”). Contact: oertles.ch@hotmail.com.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 or older residing in: Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands.
• Human musicians only — solo artists or bands. No AI-generated performances; entries must be performed by the entrant(s).
• Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Promotion period

The Challenge begins on June 8, 2026, 00:00 CET and ends on July 7, 2026, 23:59 CET. Entries submitted outside this window will not be considered.

4. How to enter

• Perform any MattO song (any arrangement or style) and post your performance video publicly on TikTok using the hashtag #MattOBandChallenge during the promotion period.
• One entry per person or band. Your TikTok account must be public so the entry can be viewed and judged.
• Free entry — no purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

5. Judging

This is a contest of skill, not a lottery. All valid entries are scored by the Sponsor on five equally weighted criteria: Musicality, Creativity, Entertainment, Engagement, and Originality. The highest combined score wins. The Sponsor’s decision is final.

6. Prize

• One (1) winner receives EUR 400 (or equivalent in the winner’s local currency), paid as a performance award via bank transfer or PayPal within 14 days of verification.
• The prize is non-transferable. Any taxes, fees, or charges are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner selection, verification and notification

• The winner is announced publicly on the MattO TikTok account and notified via TikTok comment/DM within 10 calendar days of the end date.
• Before payment, the winner must verify identity, age, and country of residence, and confirm the performance is their own.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, or fails verification, the prize is forfeited and awarded to the next highest-scoring entry.

8. Rights in entries

Entrants keep ownership of their performance videos. By entering, you grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost and feature your entry on MattO channels, with credit. Underlying compositions remain the property of MattO.

9. Data protection

Personal information collected (name, contact, payment details of the winner) is used solely to administer this promotion and is deleted within 90 days of the prize being paid, except where law requires longer retention.

10. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. By entering, each entrant releases TikTok from any and all liability related to this promotion.

11. General

The Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these rules, TikTok’s Community Guidelines, or third-party rights, and may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if it cannot run as planned. These rules are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
